He’s been out there returning kicks.
He just hasn’t gotten a target on offense as a receiver.
Turpin has received some offensive snaps, but none that have gone his way yet.

Turpin could get one chance to break a play in the second half, but he’s no longer being used consistently as a wide receiver.
